Unable to negotiate with XX.XXX.XX.XX: no matching host key type found. Their offer: ssh-dss

Решается добавлением ssh -oHostKeyAlgorithms=+ssh-dss user@host в строке подключения.

Либо в конфиг.ssh\config нужно добавить:

Host *
HostkeyAlgorithms +ssh-dss
PubkeyAcceptedKeyTypes +ssh-dss
